You may hand over items found in a tram or bus to the driver or at a VBZ ticket office ("Ticketeria"). These found items arrive at the Lost and Found Office on the next working day.

Items found in public areas (streets) in the city of Zurich can be handed in at any police station or at VBZ. If you are unable to hand in a found item in person, please post it to the following adress:
