Easier travel across cantonal borders

Demand for public transport is growing, and it doesn’t stop at the cantonal borders. To make travel across different fare networks more customer-friendly, the ZVV has joined forces with neighbouring transport authorities and the SBB to develop the Z-Pass, a joint zone-based ticket that makes cross-border journeys starting or finishing within the ZVV network easier. Z-Passes are available as a monthly or annual pass valid for all public transport services within the chosen area.
