Take a piece of the Zurich Succulent Plant Collection home with you: In the Foyer, we sell a manageable selection of plants and seeds from our own production as well as suitable substrate and sowing soil in self-service.
All plants in our assortment in the foyer come from our own propagation of our live stock. The material differs from the offer from nurseries or retailers:
- Our mother plants often come from the wild.
- Botanical specialties or even rare species are constantly on offer.
- Thanks to our cultivation conditions, which are as lifelike as possible, the plants are resistant and easy to care for.
As a scientifically managed special collection, our task is not to produce, but to preserve and communicate our plants.
We therefore ask for your understanding that our offer is not available in any quantity and is limited, especially during the winter months.

Seeds of cacti and other succulents produced in-house are on sale between February and the end of October.
