Lost property found in trams or buses can be handed in to the driver or to the ZVV-Contact / VBZ service centre .
Lost property found on public property in the city of Zurich is accepted by any police station or the lost property office of the city of Zurich. If you are unable to bring an item in person, please send it by post to the following address:
