The threshold on the vehicle is low without a step.
It is therefore suitable for people in wheelchairs and people with a walking disability as well as people with bicycles, suitcases or other pieces of luggage. 

• Low-floor vehicles throughout on all lines. 
• The wheelchair symbol on our digital information boards at the stops is no longer necessary. In the table below you can see which door is best for boarding with a wheelchair or pushchair. 

• All bus lines are operated with low-floor vehicles
• Bus stops usually have a 10 to 16 cm high curb. This results in a small step for low-floor vehicles.
• Wheelchair users can board the bus via a ramp. The staff will assist you with boarding.
• All buses and trams have free standing areas in the vicinity of at least one door. Please use the third door for the tram (Cobra or Sänfte type) and the second door for the bus. The door is equipped with a special wheelchair button.
• The buggy areas are also marked on the outer doors.

• The Dolderbahn is 100% wheelchair accessible.
• On the Rigiblick cable car, the mountain and valley stations as well as the Germaniastrasse station are wheelchair accessible.
• The Polybahn is not wheelchair-accessible.

• You may bring your bike on the tram or bus as long as there is enough space on board, and the bike is clean and does not obstruct fellow passengers. Get on with your bike in the rearmost part of the tram car, where there is enough space. On the bus, it is best to use the doors in the middle of the vehicle.
• You need a normal 2nd class ticket for your bike – at a reduced price if you have a Half-Fare travelcard or a GA travelcard.
