Daniel Issler, Divisional Head, Operations

The Operations Division puts the complex and intricately networked timetable into practice. Over 1,000 employees and around 600 vehicles are in action on the municipal and regional network 365 days a year. These are coordinated by the operations centre and on-the-spot supervisors. For major events or traffic hindrances, the division has to come up with one-off solutions that offer passengers the best-possible service. Operations attaches special importance to updated information about its customers and quality assurance (in practical terms, punctuality).
