Among other things, audience frequencies and supply structure as well as sales areas and purchasing power volumes are analyzed. The picture is supplemented by a survey of households regarding shopping habits.

The study, prepared by the Gesellschaft für Standortanalysen und Planungen AG (GSP), outlines the development potential with regard to retail in the centre area and thus provides information for spatial planning.
