Between 1 February and 3 May 2021, 5382 People from Zurich completed a written questionnaire – online or on paper. The opinions and satisfaction ratings of the inhabitants of the city of Zurich on various aspects of their lives in the city on the Limmat are recorded, analysed and documented in the report.

The survey has been conducted since 1999, and in 2021 for the eleventh time. In addition to the current mood, the development of many assessments over time is therefore also apparent.
