The partial revision of the Building and Zoning Regulations of the City of Zurich, which was published publicly in October 2013, contains provisions for the use of the ground floors at selected, central locations. Such provisions can also be found elsewhere. The report puts together arguments to justify them. This compilation is based on a literature search.
