The merger of the district offices into three locations will be completed by June 12, 2023. This merger also brings changes in regards to appointment reservations. Until May 12, appointments for various services will still be available. From May 15 onwards, appointments can only be made for registering a move from abroad (from June 12, 2023) and will be held exclusively by appointment at the City Hall (Personenenmeldeamt South). All other services can be completed online or without an appointment at one of the three locations (Personenmeldeamt South, North and West). All locations will be available to residents regardless of their place of residence.
