Participation processes such as round tables or world cafés enable joint learning and better solutions. In addition to the formal participation procedures, they are becoming increasingly important, especially for larger planning and construction projects. On the basis of the municipal guidelines for participation, we advise and support other service departments. Furthermore, we are responsible for the contribution system and the support of the neighborhood associations and the local museums.
