Guidelines "Success factors for socially sustainable replacement buildings and renovations"
The residential city of Zurich is characterized by social diversity in the districts. To ensure that this remains the case, it is important that renovations and replacement new buildings are socially sustainable. The City of Zurich has summarized four success factors in a guideline.
The guideline "Success factors for socially sustainable replacement buildings and renovations" reflects the broad experience of the City of Zurich. The guide was developed in 2015 and updated in 2019. At a public event on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, the updated guide was presented to the public and experiences from the first four years were discussed.
