The guideline "Success factors for socially sustainable renovations and replacement buildings" was developed in 2015 and presented to the public at a public event of Zurich's urban development.

At the launch event, Aurelio Vaccani, architect ETH, and Jörg Koch, CEP Pensimo Management AG, presented examples of socially sustainable renovations and replacement new buildings.
The examples of a private renovation project in Zurich-Riesbach and a construction project of an institutional investor are explained in the presentation documents for the event.
